Inaccurate description - CTCO0002

While I love the map itself, the actual dimensions of the map were inaccurate, and did not reflect the additional border, and I was thus unable to use the frame I purchased to frame it. While the map itself was the advertised 23 x 31.57 inches, the entire poster was 24 x 33 5/8 inches. And accurate description of the real dimensions would be really helpful.

The website and ease of ordering were superb unfortunately I can't give two separate reviews very disappointed with the quality of the map it's a reproduction I understand what the resolution is so poor not able to read much of anything this didn't appear to be the case when I looked online not able to use it for its intended purpose

"Received the map today, and it's a beauty. My 90-year-old father-in-law was county manager of Solano County for many years, and has lived here in Fairfield since 1957. He'll love this map of Fairfield-Suisun back when the railroad still ran through, there were no freeways, no Travis AFB, and most of the town was still "out in the boonies" agricultural land.
